Led infrastructure for a social platform scaling to 20M monthly active users. Deployed multi-region architecture across four AWS regions using CloudFormation. Built MSK/Kafka CDC pipelines with Debezium and implemented Datadog APM and OpenTelemetry observability. 1,500+ commits.
Bleacher Report
Led the mission-critical migration from EngineYard to AWS for the 34th most-trafficked U.S. website. Built the full CloudFormation IaC stack and reduced monthly infrastructure cost from $150K to $80K (47%). Sustained 2,000+ requests/sec during major sporting events.
